OUTSTANDING KOI FOOD !
Having used Cuttlebrook koi food for many years with my koi from fry (10mm) to adult (75cm) I have nothing but praise.
I’ve used every size offered within their product range and am confident in the fact that each of the different pellet size ranges is well designed and correctly balanced, to support the koi with the appropriate nutrients, vitamins, proteins and fats required for the different stages of development within a koi’s life.
Since switching to Cuttlebrook”s feed I have seen rapid sustained growth, whilst retaining excellent body shape and bone structure development that is so important for fry and Tosai,I have also experienced fantastic skin quality and solid colour improvement, without the.loss of white brilliance that I have seen with other far more expensive feeds.
The koi’s waste output quickly breaks down, showing the great digestive quality of the food and assists in keeping the water quality high.
Whilst Cuttlebrook”s feed is very reasonably priced, I have complete faith in Cuttlebrook”s hands on experience and knowledge in providing my koi everything they need in their diet, the evidence of this is clearly shown in my koi and the hundreds I have reared during the last few seasons.
Quality feed, that my koi love, at a great price, what more could you ask!

Are you crushing up your food to feed to your Koi fry? Do you know the impacts this will have?
Feeding your fry crushed up food (even “high protein” diets), can have a detrimental impact on the growth of your Koi fry. Most commonly used feeds on the market contain around 33-40% protein, however, this is inadequate for the needs of developing fry, regularly leading to bent spines, tails, curled out gill covers and incorrectly developed fins.
Our fry food, which we use each year to raise over 500,000 fry, contains 56% protein. Not only does this specific fry food have a higher protein content, it also has higher vitamin and mineral levels to aid the fry in bone development.
To avoid any development issues, a high-quality fry food is a must! We advise feeding this diet until the fish are at least 2” inches. Even after this stage, a high-quality diet of at least 40% protein is still required to ensure the best growth and development from your fish.
