I know little about koi but ordered a 'surprise' kohaku from Cuttlebrook for my husband's birthday - his pond started as a bit of a Covid project but has since become a real interest. Having used Cuttlebrook koi food for many years with my koi from fry (10mm) to adult (75cm) I have nothing but praise.
Having used every size offered within the range, I am confident in the fact that each of the size ranges is well designed and balanced to support the koi with the appropriate nutrients, vitamins, proteins and fats required to support the different stages of growth within a koi’s life.
Since switching to Cuttlebrook”s feed I have seen sustained growth, excellent body shape and bone structure development, with solid colour improvement, yet without the.loss of white brilliance that I have experienced with other more expensive feeds.
The koi’s waste output quickly breaks down, showing the great digestive quality of the food and assists in keeping the water quality high.
Whilst Cuttlebrook”s feed is very reasonably priced, I have complete faith in Cuttlebrook”s hands on experience and knowledge in providing my koi everything they need in their diet, the evidence of this is clearly shown in my koi.

Bought two x 100 boxes of mixed koi and I wasn’t disappointed will be only purchasing from here for koi

I have fed premium growth to my second summer mirror carp and a few koi all growing season. All the fish have shown good skeletal and body growth. I’m very pleased with the performance of the diet growth wise, it appears to perform just as well as more expensive diets. The diet is clearly well digested by the carp which produce minimal faecal casts, that are easily dealt with by the filtration. In a nutshell a great diet at a great price.
